Trust and control

It drafts. You decide.

New quotes are saved as unsent drafts, and anything the AI changes shows which app made it. Nothing reaches your customers until someone in the office sends it.

  • Never sends anything to a customer

    It has no way to email, send or share anything with your customers.

  • Never deletes anything

    It has no way to delete a record.

It can only do what you can

It uses your own Systemise permissions. A crew member's AI sees only what that crew member sees, and people who can't see prices don't see prices.

You choose what it can touch

When you connect, untick any area it shouldn't use: contacts, quotes, jobs and scheduling, reports or financials. Let it see the schedule but not the money.

One company per connection

You pick the company when you connect. Every answer says which company it came from, so there are no mix-ups if you run more than one business.

Every change is on the record

Anything the AI changes shows the app's name in the record's activity history, so the office can see what it did.

Secure sign-in

Your usual Systemise login, with your second step if you use one. Systemise never sees your AI app password, and access can be revoked at any time.

The office has the off switch

An admin can turn the connector off for the whole company, or revoke any single connection, instantly.

    Turn it on

    An admin switches on the AI Connector in Systemise Settings. One switch for the whole company.

    Add Systemise to your AI app

    In Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot Studio, add Systemise as a custom connector using the Systemise connector address.

    Sign in and start asking

    Sign in with your usual Systemise login, pick your company and choose what it may do.

Which AI apps work?

Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You add Systemise as a custom connector inside the AI app you already use.

When can I use it?

The AI Connector comes with the new version of Systemise and isn't switched on for customers yet. Talk to us if you'd like to hear when it is.

Can it send quotes or emails to my customers?

No. It has no way to send anything to a customer or delete anything. New quotes are saved as unsent drafts for the office to check and send.

What data does the AI app see?

Only what you ask about, from the areas you allowed when you connected. It uses your own Systemise permissions, so it can never see more than you can.

Can I switch it off?

Yes, instantly. An admin can turn the connector off for the whole company or revoke any single connection from Settings, and you can revoke your own connections from your profile.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

Adding custom connectors depends on your AI provider's plan. Check with Anthropic, OpenAI or Microsoft for what your plan includes.

Built on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP). Sign-in uses standard OAuth, with two-step verification if you use it. Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Studio are trademarks of their respective owners; names are shown for identification only.
