Get help with Systemise

Real people, based in New Zealand. Email us and we will get back to you — the more detail you give us up front, the faster we can fix it.

How to reach us

Email: [email protected]

Or: use the contact form.

We answer support email during New Zealand business hours, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond within one business day, and usually faster. If something is stopping you invoicing or getting crews onto jobs, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.

What to include

You will get a faster answer if your first message includes:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
  • Where — the web app, the iPhone app, or the Android app;
  • Which screen, and the job, quote or invoice number if it relates to one;
  • When it happened, roughly;
  • A screenshot, if you can — it is usually worth more than a description.

For mobile issues, it also helps to know your device (for example, iPhone 14 or Samsung Galaxy A53) and the app version, which is shown at the bottom of the app's settings screen.

Please do not email us passwords. We will never ask for one.

Common things we can help with

  • Getting started — setting up your business, adding your team, and bringing across your existing contacts.
  • Access problems — password resets, users who cannot sign in, and revoking a lost or stolen device.
  • Xero — connecting it, mapping your account codes, and sorting out anything that will not sync.
  • Mobile — installation, permissions, and working offline in areas with no signal.
  • Exports — getting your quotes, jobs, receipts and invoices out of Systemise.
  • Billing — plan changes, user counts, invoices and receipts.

Lost or stolen device

If a phone or tablet with Systemise on it is lost or stolen, sign in on another device and revoke that device's session from your account settings. That immediately invalidates its access, without changing your password or disturbing anyone else on your team.

If you cannot get in yourself, email [email protected] and we will revoke it for you. Tell us it is urgent.

Deleting your account and data

To delete your Systemise account and the personal information associated with it, email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

We will confirm your identity, tell you exactly what will be removed, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Export first. Deletion is permanent. New Zealand businesses must keep invoices, receipts and GST records for seven years under the Tax Administration Act 1994, and that duty outlives your account — so take your records with you before you go. Ask us and we will help you export.

Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Security and privacy

To report a security issue, email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject line. We will acknowledge it and keep you updated. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.

For privacy requests — access, correction or deletion — see our Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights under the Privacy Act 2020 and how to exercise them.
