What you can do from an AI app
Quotes, jobs and scheduling, reports and the business overview — with example requests.
Once connected, just ask. The AI app works out which part of Systemise to look in. It can only see and do what you can already see and do in Systemise, and only the things you ticked when you connected.
Quotes
- "Draft a quote for Jane Smith for a bathroom reno, using our standard tiling items."
- "Which quotes have been sitting unanswered for more than two weeks?"
- "What did we quote Harbour View Apartments last time?"
Jobs and scheduling
- "What's on for the team tomorrow?"
- "Book Mike in for the Remuera job on Thursday morning."
- "Which jobs are waiting on materials?"
Reports
- "How did last month compare with the month before?"
- "Which job categories made us the most money this quarter?"
Business overview
- "Give me a rundown of the week — quotes out, jobs on, anything overdue."
- "Who owes us money?"
The AI app drafts, the office sends
The connector is built to help, not to act on its own:
- It never sends anything to a customer — no quotes, invoices or emails go out from the AI app. A draft waits in Systemise for someone in the office to check and send.
- It never deletes anything.
It can move a job to another status, including completed, when your own Systemise permissions allow it. That change shows on the job's activity trail like any other.
You can see what was done from an AI app
Anything changed through the connector is recorded against the person who connected it, with via Claude (or the app's name) on the activity trail. The office can always tell what was typed in Systemise and what came from an AI app.
