Contact Person is the first person added to the contact who hasn't been removed.

On the right are the contact's Phones, Addresses (the main one is marked Main), Additional People, and the Invoice balance.

Invoice balance

The Invoice balance card shows what the contact owes:

  • Outstanding: the total still owing on invoices that aren't paid or void, and how many invoices that is.
  • Overdue: the part of that past its due date.

Select View for the balance page, then View invoices to see the contact's invoices in Accounting. If you're connected to Xero, the amounts owing come from Xero.

You need Invoices: View to see the balance.

Troubleshooting

Unable to load invoice balance

Your role doesn't include Invoices: View, or the balance couldn't be loaded. Select Retry, or ask an Owner about your role.

A tab says Error loading quotes, jobs or bookings

Your role can't view that kind of record. For example, Supervisors and Field workers can't view quotes.

No activity recorded for this contact yet

Nobody has added notes or updates to this contact's bookings, quotes or jobs yet. Activity is recorded on the work, not on the contact itself.
