Quotes Overview
Understand the quoting workflow from creation to acceptance to job conversion.
What a quote is
A quote is your commercial proposal to a customer. In Systemise, quotes are designed to:
- Standardise pricing and scope
- Track progress (draft → sent → accepted/declined)
- Provide a clean handoff into job delivery
The standard quote lifecycle
- Draft: Build the quote (scope, line items, terms).
- Send: Email the quote to the client (using templates where available).
- Follow up: Track activity and reminders.
- Accepted / Declined: Record outcome.
- Convert: Turn accepted quotes into jobs.
