Totals look wrong#

• Confirm tax settings.
• Confirm quantity and unit rates.
• Confirm discounts were applied as intended.

Sending and email#

Email doesn’t send#

• Confirm contact email is present.
• Confirm templates are configured.
• Ask an admin to review delivery settings.

Client didn’t receive it#

• Confirm correct email address.
• Ask the client to check junk/spam.
• Re-send with a clear subject.

Acceptance#

Accept/decline link fails#

• Re-send the latest version.
• Ask the client to try another browser.

Workflow#

Convert to job is missing#

• Confirm the quote is in the correct status.
• Confirm your role has permission.
• Confirm the quote is saved with required fields.
